- TBTaylor BeauvaisOct 7, 20261.0I recently broke my arm, and I have a 1 year old. Sent them an email and called them looking for biweekly cleaning. Got a call back a few days saying they need an in-person visit to give me a quote. Took time off work to meet the person. She was a little late, spent 30 minutes going through everything describing what they'd do to clean everything. All seems fine. Gives me a quote that seems fine. I try to confirm and set up a first cleaning. She absolutely insists I talk it over with my wife first. Feels a touch sexist but fine. Talk to my wife that evening, she confirms. Call, text, and email them 3 times over the next week looking to set up a cleaning, and they completely ghost me. Never heard back from them. Huge waste of time. Why bother insisting on scheduling, coming to my house, and giving me a quote, if you're just going to go radio silent?
