  After striking out at my local pool store one too many times, I decided to check out somewhere new and I was not disappointed. The store is well stocked and the staff knows their stuff. Josh went above and beyond in setting me up with everything I needed to replace my above ground pool skimmer and return that cracked over the winter, and hard pipe my equipment. He made recommendations in the plumbing for serviceability down the road that I wouldn't have thought of, recommended specific parts and was able to explain why these parts were superior. He patiently walked me through every step and what to expect during the process. These folks have definitely earned themselves a new customer for life. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pool supply store that's interested in establishing customer relationships and not just in the game of pushing parts!

  I purchased a home in October and am new to owning a pool. I called Rockland Pools last week and initially had a very promising phone call regarding a leak issue and questions about products and liner help. I was told someone would stop by to inspect my pool and provide an update. Since then, I’ve tried following up via phone, email, and text, but responses have been slow and inconsistent. When I text in the morning, I sometimes get a reply at the end of the day saying someone will touch base tomorrow, with no further follow-up. I’m really disappointed, as this company came highly recommended, and I expected much better customer service and follow through. I hope they improve their follow-up and responsiveness, because their expertise is promising, but timely service is essential.

  It’s great to see a local business doing things the right way. Josh and his team went above and beyond helping my disabled mother purchase a new pump and filter. They even came by when we faced some user error issues to help her pool run properly.
