As always, Jason and T.J. did a truly great thorough job in closing our large (and somewhat complicated) above ground pool for the year. My wife and I really appreciate the care they take to make sure our pool is ready to make it through another New England winter! We always make sure to ask for Team Jason/TJ to both open and close our pool because they work so well together, and know our pool's quirkyness. Excellent service!

Super helpful and friendly. I ran into a problem installing my own pool, and they had exactly what I needed.

After striking out at my local pool store one too many times, I decided to check out somewhere new and I was not disappointed. The store is well stocked and the staff knows their stuff. Josh went above and beyond in setting me up with everything I needed to replace my above ground pool skimmer and return that cracked over the winter, and hard pipe my equipment. He made recommendations in the plumbing for serviceability down the road that I wouldn't have thought of, recommended specific parts and was able to explain why these parts were superior. He patiently walked me through every step and what to expect during the process. These folks have definitely earned themselves a new customer for life. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pool supply store that's interested in establishing customer relationships and not just in the game of pushing parts!
