They actually pick up the phone, and they’re personable. The person who came out to measure my windows was incredibly informative and did a wonderful job. The two installers who came out were the same—polite, professional, and truly excellent at what they do. The blinds I purchased are worth every single penny. The whole experience has been incredible.
