my local lowes had no more cooler cups within 15 minutes of being released, called plainville, mass location and spoke with i believe john who verified the store still had some (he was awesome) drove 30 min to pick up for myself, my son and friend (both who are working and cannot make it in time) I understand that you have to have an account, which i had 3 to use. My lowes doesnt give me a hard time picking up for them. The older woman at the service desk was just rude and mean when I attempted to get theirs. One per account and must be in the store to pick up. Some of us love collecting and having these lowes items not to sell but to use and have. Drove 30 minutes just to be able to get 1.. I guess im ok with that just she didnt have to be so mean and rude about it. The man I spoke to said if I have any problems to ask for him but I forgot his name :( lowes, please understand some people aren't available at 10 am on a Saturday and still would like an item! But as im standing in line waiting, I see a family with 2 kids and each kid had one.. i drove 30 minutes to get one for each of us, I would have been happy even just getting one for my son and I. I missed out the last round on the glitter buckets because I had surgery and couldnt drive so was excited to get us one of the cooler cups. P.s we love our coffee mugs!

It’s clean and well kept and easy to find items. I have had good and not so good experiences here throughout the years. I have called or been onsite to speak with management. The store is willing to utilize the bad experiences as a teachable moment to correct their employees that need more guidance. I had a good experience with paint with a woman who worked nights. I cannot remember her name. She was willing to color match paint samples from B Moore but also took her time to confirm prices and meet me at the very end of the paint aisle and worked with multiple customers with ease on a Saturday night making sure they all knew she will be with them. She helped me in the brush section and plaster section as well causing her to leave her booth. She consistently checked the booth to make sure no one was waiting too. That was amazing! I’m also leaving a 5 star review for a full time employee who is always consistently helpful too. ANGIE was at check out and she wore Disney from head to toe/Malificient t shirt and socks. She helped me sign onto rewards and showed up to be joyful and to be of service. She went out of her way to explain things to me in the little amount of time I spent purchasing minor items. Shout out to Angie!

I stopped shopping at Lowes over a year ago when I noticed Flock Cameras at the entrances. There are already cameras all over the store watching my every move. I am not interested in being forced to provide my car's make, model and license plate # just to enter the store. I have not given permission for my info to end up in an unsecure data bank. There are 4 family owned lumber yards / hardware stores within 10 miles of the Plainville MA store and I WILL go out of my way to spend my money with them.

I am leaving a 5 star review solely because of Quinn in the flooring department. That young man truly went above and beyond to help me get a carpet installation lined up. I went in there the other day looking at carpets that I need a quick turnaround for the installation, and Quinn understood my needs immediately and pointed me to the carpets they had in stock so there would not be a long wait time waiting for the product to come in. He then explained in great detail the process of getting someone out to the house to measure. Then a few days later after the measurements were done, I called the third-party installation company to schedule an installation date, and they said they could not do that until the store confirmed they had all of the materials. So, I drove back to the store to see if they could move that step along so I could schedule the installation (I know, incredibly annoying, but I was in a real time crunch). Before I could even get to the flooring section of the store, I see Quinn again...he immediately remembered me and met me with a smile. I explained the situation to him, he told me they were likely scanning the inventory out back and it should be done within an hour or two. He then wrote my phone number down and personally called me once he knew it was done, so I could get the ball rolling with the third-party company right away. I was an annoyingly needy customer the past couple of days and Quinn was so helpful and kind that he never once made me feel like I was. Whatever you are paying him is not enough!
