We were given ample information before we rented our space, including a tour. The entire process is easy and affordable. The self service entry and Security measures are a definite plus for us. The desk attendant, Matt, I believe, was extremely helpful.

Can't wait to get out of the agreement with this place. FOUND MOUSE FECES ALL OVER OUR PROPERTY. When I called to discuss the issue the rep was extremely rude, unhelpful and un-sympathetic. I never write reviews but I could help myself after speaking with this guy.

MA and went into the office where I met Matt. He was so informative and very professional!! He answered all my questions with ease and I appreciate him being so patient as well. My husband and I stopped in a few days ago to take a look at some space. We are in the process of moving and weren't sure how much we were planning to keep. Matt did a great job answering all our questions.
He was friendly, thorough, and happily showed us a number of different spaces. We told him we needed time to think it over so he made sure to put us in for a reservation to hold the pricing while we figured things out. He went over all the pricing and explained that once we decided on a size that we could use the link in our email, call, or stop into the office to finish. We chose to finish online. The entire process was quick and easy.
When we came to move in, he showed us how to use the app to open the gate, took us to our space, and demonstrated how to latch and unlatch the door so it is locked correctly. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and responsive, the unit was clean and easy to get to, and you can't beat the location.
