  I could not be happier with the nursery chair the sales associate found for me. It's super comfortable, has a smooth rocking system and the fact that it lights up on the bottom so I can have a little bit of light without waking the little one is absolutely wonderful! Self pickup, and set up of this chair was super easy and next time I need a new piece of furniture I'll happily be bringing my business here!

  The sales person was very helpful, explained that I could pay for the mattress online instead of coming back the next day which was the beginning of tax free weekend. Delivery is set for today.

  I was initially completely satisfied with the appearance of the store and with the salesman who I feel went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the chair and my purchase. I chose to pick my massage chair up to avoid the $200 delivery fee to bring it from Pittsfield to Stockbridge, MA. Needless to say, I anxiously anticipate going to pick it up today, Wednesday 8/6/26. So today came and unfortunately, I had to work and my wife said that she wasn’t feeling well and wouldn’t be able to go pick it up. She went anyway because that’s the type of person she is and I was excited when I got off of work early to go home and put it together. Before I got home, I got a call from Raymour & Flanigan because apparently the delivery driver loaded the wrong “item” into my truck, or so they said. I drove back to the store and my chair wasn’t in the box where it belonged but was “completely assembled”. It didn’t dawn on me at the time because the item that they said wasn’t mine was still wrapped in cardboard and plastic and as I think about it, it could have very well been my chair. Needless to say, I drove back home and got the chair in place and noticed that none of the paperwork, manual, warranty card or anything are with the chair. If they took it out of the box and assembled it as a courtesy to me then the paperwork should be with it, right? I called the store and spoke to someone named Paula and asked about the paperwork, she put me on hold and a man answered and said, I’ll reach out to “the company” and have them “send the paperwork over or email you a pdf of the manual.” As happy as I was to get my chair, the inconvenience of it all and the missing paperwork that should be with the chair, I’m starting to think that the original chair I had was mine and I was sold the store floor chair when I was told that my chair would be brand new and I would have to assemble it. Not to mention the two trips to the store in Pittsfield and then back home, once with what we were told was the wrong item and the second time with a chair that all indicators tell me was the display model. An entire day of one inconvenience after another and we get “we’re sorry” and a chair that I can’t fully use that doesn’t appear to me brand new at all. The salesman, Scott, was awesome… everything else, not even a little bit! Let’s see how they remedy this, if at all. Not happy at all!
