Maybe give the girl in the paint area some help instead of standing around doing nothing, just a thought. Not my first bad experience at this location, shame on me for think this visit would be different.

Over the past few months, I’ve been repeatedly approached by a solar sales representative inside the store. Despite saying I wasn’t interested and trying to walk away, the salesperson continued to follow and pressure me. On one visit, I felt rushed into giving my phone number, which turned into multiple unsolicited calls every day from different numbers, even after asking them to stop. I am sharing this to warn other customers: do not give out your phone number, and be cautious if approached. I am very disappointed that store management allows this kind of aggressive solicitation, as it takes away from an otherwise good shopping experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
