Everyone at this store in Peabody, MA was welcoming from the beginning appointment, selecting and ordering the blinds. The measuring and install went smoothly. I will certainly return and recommend this store. Natasha and the manager were very good about my being in a wheelchair and even helped with negotiating the aisles and doors. Thank you for an extremely wonderful experience. Cindy B.

Jamil was professional and really helped bring to life what I was thinking in my head when selecting my blinds. He understood what I was looking for and helped me make the right choices. The installer was also great — he got the job done cleanly and quickly. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you, Jamel, the installer, and Blinds To Go!

Lisa was easy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us multiple options. Made recommendations she felt would work well for us. Tech came out and measures everything for perfect fit.

I’m happy to change this review if Blinds To Go fixes the issue satisfactorily, but as it stands, my experience has ultimately been pretty poor. I should say, the design consultant I worked with in the store was exceptional and a pleasure to work with. But both instances where people came to our house to measure and then install were not so great.
First, when the guy came to measure, he didn’t even get up on a ladder to properly inspect the skylights, instead using a laser measuring device on a pole, which led to measurement issues because he couldn’t see that the corners of the space weren’t perfectly 45 degrees and instead slightly rounded, which is necessary to take into account to properly measure for blinds. Apparently I needed to tell them this, but it really feels like something they should be aware of.
Then the installer came and tried to force the blinds into measurements that didn’t fit, which has caused everything to be crooked, and on top of that the blinds won’t open all the way because they are crammed into spaces they don’t properly fit.
So now I have to wait another week for them to come back and assess the situation. If they make it right, which I’m guessing they will, I will gladly update this. But I’m annoyed I wasted two days at home, waiting for them to measure and install the blinds, only to have to spend another day at home while they come to fix it, which could ultimately lead to more days if they have to measure and make new blinds. I’m a little frustrated right now, so that’s playing into this, but I think I have a right to be. In the future, I won’t worry if I offend the guy by telling him how to properly do their job simply so that I don’t have to go through all this hassle all over again. These pictures show the skylights—no, they’re not supposed to be at an angle. How can someone seriously be okay with work this shoddy?
Update—8/29/26: The installer came back the following week and properly installed the blinds without needing to measure and make new ones. I’m not sure why the installation went so poorly the first time, but the issues have all since been resolved. I would give 5 stars had it gone smoothly the first time, but I think 4 stars is fair, given how noticeably bad the first attempt was and the extra time I needed to spend waiting for the blinds to be installed correctly. I would 100% use them again, but I would be more outspoken about how they go about doing the install work, rather than trusting them to do it right on their own.
Lisa Gorgogni, the “designer,” was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant people we have dealt with professionally.
We had an appointment scheduled at our restaurant on Tuesday, and the day before we received an email confirming the appointment, which we also confirmed.
The next day, she called several times while we were extremely busy serving customers and we were unable to answer. When she arrived, she was visibly upset, speaking loudly and questioning why we had not answered her calls. She also said that she shouldn’t have had to show up if we didn’t answer the phone, which made no sense to us since the appointment had already been confirmed by email. We run a busy restaurant, and sometimes we simply cannot answer the phone while helping customers.
Her attitude throughout the visit made the entire interaction uncomfortable. At one point, we asked her to please give us a moment because we were taking a customer’s order, but she continued trying to speak with us. Even our customers noticed the way the interaction was happening and how uncomfortable it was.
What surprised us even more was that she asked us how she should take certain measurements. As the professional coming to measure the space, we expected her to guide that process, not ask us how it should be done.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we have had, and because of this interaction, we will not be purchasing anything from this business.
I do want to give 5 stars to the lady who helped us schedule the appointment at the Danvers store. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Our experience with her was completely different from the experience we had with Lisa.
