- RHRachel HJun 3, 20261.0A huge thank you to Claire, I think it was - the tall blonde who is the manager. Weeks ago I provided all my contact information, which I do not like to do, for a quote which never came. She seemed rather put off to be dealing with me at all with questions regarding a closet storage system. Don't worry, Claire, I won't bother you again. I won't be returning to your store. At all. Ever. And it's due to you not following through.
- FFFafa (Fafa)Mar 7, 20261.0I just placed an online order today at 8:55 AM. I picked it up at 10:35. I noticed that one of the four tier coat hangers that they gave me did not have A label on it. Then, after further inspection, I noticed that the cap on the top of the hanger was missing, and after inspecting the swinging arms, I noticed that they were loose because the arms were bent like they have been used. Its OK that this pant hanger was used but I did not purchase something used. I purchased something new. So I went back to Peabody (A 25 minute drive one way) and exchanged it. If I had waited any longer to return that item, I don’t think I could’ve because it didn’t have a tag to scan the item cause it was used. I want this store to do better
