Steve helped me get the account and pay for the exact unit I wanted. Also, requested and got multi month and senior discount. Moving is stressful and Steve was kind and effective at getting it all done. So grateful! Easy access with app or texted code. Very clean & well lit up hallways. Looking forward to meeting the site manager Timothy once we get back to 934 Washington ST, Norwood. Fun clock on the tower too 😃

Tim Kelly has been especially helpful—he’s approachable, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions that come up. The whole process felt simple and hassle-free because he explained things in a clear, no-nonsense way. The facility itself is also in excellent condition, which says a lot about how it’s run day to day. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both well managed and customer-focused, but this location definitely delivers.

Wonderful costumer service as well, I forgot to lock up and I got a call from Tim within the hour letting me know! Also very convenient that they supply the lock!
