  I have been using NRSS for this past year and have had a great experience working with Suzanne on the front desk. She has made the whole experience very easy from signing up, choosing a unit that meets my needs, tour of the facilities and setting up my payments. Highly recommend this facility! Clean, secure and well organised!!

  I was checking out storage solutions near Reading,MA and visited North Reading Storage Solutions facility a few weeks ago. They gave me a tour of the spacious facility, and Suzanne at the front desk was very helpful in guiding me through the available units. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. I would highly recommend to visit if looking for a storage space.

  I had a great experience with this storage company. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. Suzanne was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the process simple. She was also wonderful to talk to, and her excellent customer service made all the difference.

  A storage space experience doesn’t need to be this good but Suzanne was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable! And the facility is top notch and very user friendly!

  I recently returned to North Reading Storage Solutions after first being a customer nearly 10 years ago, and I can honestly say the experience has been just as exceptional as I remembered. From the moment I came back, it was clear that customer care remains a top priority. Suzanne, in particular, deserves special recognition. She is by far one of the friendliest, most supportive property managers I’ve encountered. She goes above and beyond to make every interaction welcoming and professional, and her attention to customers truly sets this facility apart. The controlled environment gives me complete peace of mind when storing valuables, and the facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained. I also genuinely appreciate the thoughtful touches — like having snacks available for customers — which make visits feel personal and inviting rather than transactional. One feature that has been especially valuable for me is access to the conference room. Being able to meet with out-of-town clients on-site has been incredibly convenient and adds another level of professionalism to the overall experience. It’s rare to find a business that maintains such a high standard of service over the years, but North Reading Storage Solutions absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a secure, customer-focused storage solution.
