    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I placed 3 same day deliveries with Lowes the first one actually came on time. The second was picked up and never delivered. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because Lowes never refunded me for the items. The third missed its same day delivery and now is on day three. I doubt that it will arrive today as the email said because I called and they have no answer on when it will be delivered. Tomorrow I will have to rent a truck to go get it myself if it is not delivered by then. I will never rely on Lowes to deliver anything on time and will only shop there because I know where things are. My next delivery will be from Home Depot since I have heard good things about their service

    I had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s when purchasing my AO Smith gas water heater. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional. A huge shoutout to Beth and Ryan C. for going above and beyond. Not only did they help me select the right unit, but they personally called the factory customer service to secure reimbursement for me and made sure the warranty for the tank was fully set up. They handled everything. Both of them were polite, professional, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process — which, unfortunately, is not always what you experience in customer service interactions these days. Their willingness to take ownership and make sure everything was taken care of made a stressful situation much easier. Because of Beth and Ryan C., I’ll absolutely be coming back to this Lowe’s for future purchases. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition!

    I bought 2 only needed 1 and lost a receipt for an almost $70 item... they wouldn't accept a return for store credit even though the item was in a sealed(unopened) new package in perfect condition.. I guess I go orange over blue from now on... Lowe's managers don't care about their customers, sad
