    I am a first time customer, unfortunately I am not happy with the service I received. I purchased a recliner On April 11. I was told it would take seven weeks to receive it. Approximately 5 1/2 weeks later, I received a message that my recliner was ready and to pick a date for delivery, which I did. The night before delivery I was given a time window. 1:15 to 4:15. I made arrangements to dispose of my old recliner, I am 83 years old and having neck problems.. a Recliner truly helps. The time window came and went, and I did not receive my recliner. when I called, I was eventually told that some paperwork hadn’t gone through and it would be a while before I received my recliner. A while turned out to be more than another seven weeks. Truthfully, I feel that they gave my recliner away. I finally received my recliner on July 9th, a three month wait. Sorry, but I will not be returning to Raymour & Flanigan nor recommending them to others.

    We had an amazing experience with Dylan today as we shopped for a couch in the North Attleboro location! We were greeted kindly and sincerely versus feeling “hounded” by someone needing to make a sale! It was a breath of fresh air as the later is often what we experience. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and, patiently, answered all of our questions. We would, definitely, come back and ask for him again as well as refer anyone, looking to shop, to ask for him as well! He is a huge asset to your company! Regards and many thanks, Kate & Gary Snyder

    My parents were ready to change out their recliner sofas and was interested in 3 sectionals. One of which this location had. As a returning customer, i took my parents to this location about 2 or 3 weeks ago and Dylan was our sales guy. He was great with assisting us. So we checked out a few more locations over those couple of weeks and decided the Carson was our final decision if it was in stock and ready to ship. We went back on Thursday 6/18 but Dylan wasn't working until Friday 6/19. So they went back the next day 6/19 without me to make the purchase and was given a delivery date for today (Tuesday) June 23rd. We hadn't recieved a receipt so we had to contact Dylan and the store the next day for our receipts. We made the purchase of the 3 recliner 5 piece Carson sectional. . Then we needed to get a time frame because both of my parents are disabled and elderly, so we had to make sure myself or someone else would be available to be there with them for the delivery. We waited all weekend for an update on a time frame and didn't hear from anyone. My mom had to call the store late yesterday 6/22 at 8:15pm to see what was going on with an update. They provided us with a 6.5 hour window for delivery for today Tuesday 6/23 between 7:50am and 230pm. She wanted to reschedule for a later date with more notice and a better set time but decided to just stick to the delivery since I decided to stay overnight to help her remove the old furniture, clean up and rearrange the remainder of our current furniture to make things easier for the delivery team to come in and set up the sectional. This is where is just becomes even more disappointing, aside from not being updated with a time frame in a timely manner. The driver of the truck calls us at 7:57am to let us know he would be here in 5 minutes but he only had 4 of the 5 pieces of the sectional. Excuse me sir? I think that's a mistake. He said no, he is missing the MIDDLE section that connects the sectional together. He said someone should have called and emailed us. We have no missed calls or emails, and on top of that when my mom called last night to confirm a time, the man she spoke to didn't mention anything about a missing piece either. The delivery guy carlos said he didn't know if they would be delivering it on a different truck later or tomorrow. Excuse me Raymour & Flanigan??!! The guys came and brought in the furniture, they were super nice and quick, but not having the main part of the couch delivered is unacceptable on the stores part, especially when they said it was in stock because that's one of the main reasons behind our purchase. Someone called us and said they won't be able to deliver the middle piece until Friday 6/26, 4 days from now. So now it's a safety issue with my parents having an open in the middle with no middle section and armless sections. Update 1030am : I spoke to a Mylene from this location, she advised me that managers weren't available and scheduled off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ( what a coincidence). She said she received an email saying that they could provide a refund of 50% of the delivery charge. Absolutely unacceptable and i wanted to speak to a manager. She advised she could have the store leader Dan give me a call back when he was finished with a customer. She advised me the piece was in stock so she wasn't sure why it wasn't delivered. For the price of this furniture, the broken promises , and now partial delivery with excuses on the Wedge portion. I am pretty sure we will be returning this sectional.

    I drove back to Raymour & Flanigan's store to complete an online only purchase. The online technology was iffy. The staff at R & F was fast and efficient. My credit approval and purchase were complete in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Mike. I am looking forward to our new living room furniture.

    BUYER BEWARE!! If you’re expecting accurate fast delivery definitely don’t order from here. If you’re expecting exceptional customer service definitely don’t order from here. I have been waiting five separate weeks. I have been sitting around five separate days waiting for the same piece of furniture to be delivered on these days for them to show up with the wrong thing each and every time, And sometimes not showing up at all for them to give me a phone number for me to call, and for someone else to tell me no you’re calling the wrong number. You need to call this number. They just keep passing you around. It’s not even worth it. And they still have not corrected to problem. Didn’t even tell me they were canceling the pick up there is no communication with this company. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!! Worst delivery/service department I have ever dealt with. How are you gonna leave your delivery warehouse without the item you’re supposed to deliver and then call the customer at the end of the day, when they know there is nothing the customer can do about it now, and say oops sorry we don’t have it. REALLY. No thank you. I’m all set. And I will let everyone I know not to buy from here. It’s not worth the aggravation. And what’s worse the bed parts that were delivered were damaged 🤦🏻‍♀️
