  The associate I spoke with navigated the whole sale in a smooth way. I was able to accomplish what I needed to in a few minutes that I was trying for 3 days to do. Thank you very much.

  tried to buy a rug and pad online and was unable to apply a gift card so I called and spoke to a nice young man whose name I think was Mike (sorry). he was unable to help me regarding this issue as well, then I saw the gift card states to present to the sales associates and with that he said he can take the order over the phone and to attach the gift card amount. he was great. the rating is for R&F - i have been purchasing from them for years, and while staff is AMAZING the company as a whole has changed and not for the better. The rug online CLEARLY states 8x11' but when you go further it states 7'9"x9'10" that's quite a difference and should be clearly stated on their website. No one can explain this. I just hope and pray what I receive is correct and is exactly as displayed online. I asked phone rep if I can return this if I am unhappy with it or it's damaged and the reply I received was not cool - he said no I cannot BUT if something is wrong he will speak with his manager to "work something out". that is not policy, I feel like that is smoke being blown up my butt. We shall see.

  Highly recommend everyone buys their furniture here! My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We bought a mattress, couch, and bed room set. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We will be back with any future needs!!

  I've been in search of a rocking recliner chair and had just about given up on finding the right fit, at different furniture stores. Dana, the sales rep, listened carefully to the type of chair I was interested in, and what I didn't want in a chair. I was shown around the showroom at several choices, and as soon as I spotted the chair for me, I knew it. Once I sat in it, it definitely was the chair for me. Dana took the time to explain the mechanisms of a power chair, the maker of the chair and fabric and how to properly maintain it. It was in all, a very pleasant experience in my search, which happily, I'm glad it ended by finding the perfect chair for me! Would highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan for the excellent choices of which to select from, and if your lucky enough to have Dana show you around, you will be satisfied.

  Great service right from the start. Dan was extremely friendly and immediately took us to the variety of sofa options that fit our needs. He was patient with us, provided us with great pricing options and flexibility in terms, delivery, etc Follow-up process after the sale was smooth through the customer portal and Dan was there to provide guidance throughout. Appreciated the experience.
