  Great Prices! Associate Luke stayed late (Past closing time) to assist my husband and I find our dream couch! After a long day of going to a lot of furniture stores, I’m glad we decided to wait till we got to Raymour and Flanigan!

  Our family room couch broke!! We needed another ASAP. Went to R&F and were very impressed with the great selection and variety to choose from. We found a couch with all the features we needed, in the perfect color! Our salesman Leo was personable, extremely helpful and informative.   I’ve honestly become an avid online shopper because I tend to dread the lines, crowds, and stress that can come with shopping in person. However, when it came to buying a new mattress, I didn’t want to take the risk of purchasing something I had never actually tried. That’s what brought me into Raymour & Flanigan—and I’m so glad I did. I came into the store looking to replace my queen mattress, and Nancy was absolutely heaven sent! I’m not a bed or mattress expert at all, so I really appreciated how she took the time to understand my specific concerns and needs instead of making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, guided me through my options, and made sure I had the opportunity to actually try the mattresses so I could make a confident decision. Nancy completely eliminated the stress I was expecting from shopping in person. What I thought might be an overwhelming experience turned into one of the easiest purchases I’ve made. I came in later in the afternoon and left within the hour with the perfect mattress for me. I didn’t even need to buy it outright or start a payment plan with interest, and the delivery was included with my purchase. I was also able to schedule delivery the very same day! The delivery experience was just as impressive. The team was incredibly quick, professional, and efficient. Steven led the delivery team and was fantastic. He was charismatic, helpful, and took the time to explain everything to me. They removed my old setup and had the new one completely in place in approximately 15 minutes! It was seamless. From Nancy helping me find the right mattress to Steven and the delivery team making the final step completely effortless, this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing furniture. I would absolutely recommend Raymour & Flanigan and especially this location. If you’re anything like me and usually prefer online shopping because you don’t want the hassle or stress of shopping in person, ASK FOR NANCY! She made sure I had the convenience and ease I wanted while still getting the one thing online shopping can’t give you with a mattress: the ability to actually try it before buying. Thank you to Nancy, Steven, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful purchase such a genuinely pleasant experience!

  My experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Outlet was excellent. Nancy Barraza greeted us as soon as we arrived and took the time to show us everything we were looking for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions about the furniture, making the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I haven’t received my furniture yet, but based on the outstanding service I received, I’m confident I’ll be very happy with my purchase.
