- NMNick McCarthy-Belash2 days ago4.0Michael on the phone was extraordinarily helpful and kind, and he patiently answered all of my questions, making the experience booking a unit on the phone pretty seamless. Another person that I had spoken to the week before was also very helpful to talk with, though I can’t remember his name. I only left four stars instead of five because I found the experience trying to book a unit on the website pretty confusing, and I ended up having to pay more than the information online suggested that I would. My advice would be to skip trying to book through the website and just call for an easier, nicer time all around. Thank you Michael!

He was very courteous & knowledgeable and offered to look for a unit which he thought I'd benefit from its use. At one point while looking for my card the system timed out. He allowed me to hang up & return call when I found it. The call was returned within 3 minutes & the transaction was completed. Very valuable employee & exhibited patience which nowadays often is lacking.
