So far things are going well. I reserved a space online and everything went very smoothly. Went and saw my unit today and it’s clean and ready for move in. Of course I realize the online rate I got is a promotional rate but hopefully they will give me a couple of months before the rate goes up. I just hope the increase will be reasonable. Time will tell but so far I’m happy with Extra Space Storage.

Had an excellent experience at this storage facility, in big part due to Rick the manager. Though we arrived near closing time and were only going to rent a small unit, he personally took us on a tour of the facility and the various storage spaces we were interested in. I ended up with a 5x15 air conditioned unit. This was in a newly built building behind the existing building. I really liked that the ceiling height for my storage unit was really high, allowing me to stack boxes up. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The introductory rates are very attractive and Rick assured me that the market rate after the promo period will not be absurd. If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further.
