- MRMichael RubinAug 18, 20262.0I was not happy, and actually o hope they remove me from their marketing emails. The young salesperson was LATE 10 minutes to the appointment as he was lost getting here going the eying way. Above and beyond that, the prices are very very high. Also there was some aesthetic questions he could not answer, because the wood border panel, above the door may have needed to have wholes drilled through. The biggest Turn off, I asked about TAX free weekend. I explained to him my mom Had hardships recovering from a brain tumor surgery. He downplayed and said he will email me back and follow through. He never did, tax free weekend came and left. We will not commit to a company that lacks value lacks clarity and lacks transparency There are many honorable reputable companies that will Go above and beyond. I would simply avoid at all costs due to poor communication and very high prices. There was an opportunity to gain a customer had he followed through on the principal aspect of the tax free inquiry eligibility in Massachusetts for the month of August 2026.

James U. the designer, came to our house with so many samples and spent the time to make sure we chose the right shades for us at a price point we felt comfortable with. Dave, the installer, did a wonderful job measuring and installing the shades. Make sure you leave a few months between the purchase and when you expect them to be installed - these shades have to be custom made to measure.
