  Excellent service from technician “Nail” today. He brought such positive energy, was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain my options clearly and professionally. I truly appreciated how informative, patient, and detail-oriented he was throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing quality service and making sure the customer understands the process. Highly recommended!

  Exceptional service! The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with my washer/dryer immediately, and had it fixed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very tidy. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the repair was far cheaper than buying a new unit. Highly recommend!

  Honestly, I was a little nervous calling a repair company — I've had bad experiences in the past where they either overcharge you or tell you the whole thing needs to be replaced. But these guys were different. They came out, took a look at my fridge, and just told me straight up what was wrong and what it would cost. No runaround. They fixed it, it works great, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. That means a lot these days. Would definitely use them again.

  I had Elnur from Promix Appliance out several times to work on our Bosch dishwasher, and I cannot recommend him highly enough as a technician. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and very efficient. He was always quick to respond to questions or messages, which I truly appreciated. We eventually decided to replace the dishwasher due to ongoing hardware failures, meaning we didn't end up needing the 6-month warranty included with our service. My only concern is with the company’s policy: I contacted them to see if they would consider discounting the previous service fees or crediting the unused warranty toward our situation, but they refused. Elnur is a fantastic professional, but the office's lack of flexibility regarding the fees was disappointing.
