I can’t say enough great things about Matt, the manager at Extra Space Storage! He has provided exceptional customer service throughout my experience. When there was an issue with my original room, Matt went above and beyond to assist me with moving to another unit. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. What really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cared about resolving the situation and making the process as smooth as possible. He was professional, patient, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish.
Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to help me! You are truly an asset to Extra Space Storage, and I highly recommend this location because of the exceptional service you provide!

First off Bob is amazing but is no longer at the Cove St Location he is in Fall River now. I’m very disappointed in this place. There’s no climate control. It is very hot. You can barely breathe in there No airflow there are definitely people living in there especially during the winter months. The rent goes up every few months a little over a year ago my monthly payment was $35 a month I believe it’s now almost $60 it’s like every 3 or 4 months it goes up. I wouldn’t mind but every time I come here, I have to log my stuff by hand up to the second floor or log it all down by hand and sometimes stuff is so heavy that I have to come back a different day and just hope that there’s a CART available. People take them and don’t return them or they are hiding them in their unit I don’t now but I’ll definitely be finding a new storage place because i’m sick and tired of paying almost $60 a month and I can never get stuck in and out of here but when I first rented it, I was told they’ll always be carts and every time I say something no one has any time to watch cameras to see where they go
