Carole is the best at Raymour and Flanugan's! Every question I had, she knew the answer to. And the store is really large and Carole was an expert on everything. I ended up buying a leather chair and I love it so much. The furniture is great quality and working with Carol made the experience even better.
Came in today looking for a very specific couch (dimensions/color/style) and both the sales attendant (Mark) and the manager took the time to show options and stretch the discounts to be within my budget. Super helpful and very patient with my requests & the quality of the furniture is also great! Very thankful for their service :)

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of speaking to Scott H. this past Saturday afternoon while browsing around for a drawer chest for our bedroom and had a fantastic experience. Scott was extremely personable, attentive, and knowledgable. At no point throughout our entire experience did we feel compelled to make a purchase, which is rare nowadays in a world filled with pushy salesmen, and that was greatly appreciated. Scott allowed us to browse at our own pace and encouraged conversation once we were ready. Scott also showed us the Flexsteel sofas, which were awesome by the way, and educated us on the benefits of adjustable bases. Although we did not finalize our decision on the Millcroft chest yet (we are still weighing our options), we did end up buying two Tempur-Pedic pillows at a great price. If you visit the store, do yourself a favor and ask for Scott, you won't be disappointed! Thank you again Scott for making our first visit to R&F in Natick an enjoyable one! We'll be in touch soon.

We had a pretty stressful situation with a recent furniture delivery, but the team at the Natick Raymour & Flanigan completely turned it around for us. We bought a new bed frame and adjustable base, but after the initial delivery, the heights just didn't line up right.
Tim (Technician): Tim is an absolute lifesaver. He literally drove back and forth multiple times in a single day just to figure out the issue and get it completely fixed for us. Because of his hustle, we didn't have to deal with the headache of scheduling yet another appointment.
Mike Brown (Sales Manager): Mike really knows his stuff and was incredibly patient. Even when the first delivery and an initial tech visit didn't fix the problem, he didn't drop the ball and stuck with us until it was right.
Bob (Customer Service): Props to Bob for actually listening to us. He’s the one who figured out we needed Tim on the job, and making that call was exactly what we needed to get this sorted out.
Michelle: We had to make quite a few follow-up calls, and Michelle was super professional and kind through the whole thing.
Deliveries don't always go perfectly, but this crew genuinely cares about fixing things when they go wrong. We really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to take the stress off our shoulders.
Walking into the new Raymour & Flanigan showroom in Natick felt like entering the furniture equivalent of a luxury department store—warm, welcoming, beautifully designed, and expansive. The selection is impressive, but the people truly set this store apart.
From the moment we arrived, the Guest Services team made us feel welcome. Soon after, we met our salesperson, Jon Sayed, and showroom manager Mark Porchesi. Together, they delivered one of the best retail experiences I've had in years.
What impressed me most was their lack of a sales pitch. Instead, they asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and helped us clarify what we wanted. We described an ottoman that had become little more than a footrest and explained that we wanted storage and a functional tabletop surface. Jon and Mark quickly understood our needs and guided us to the perfect solution. It felt less like shopping and more like working with design consultants focused on solving a problem.
The service didn't end with the purchase. Our order arrived in three days, communication was proactive and professional, and every question was answered promptly. In an era when callbacks often never happen, Raymour & Flanigan followed through. Customer Service promised a callback—and delivered. That kind of reliability is surprisingly rare.
When we arrived for pickup, Tim and Eugene were fantastic. They were patient, attentive, and took time to explain installation and setup. Lisa and Janiece in Customer Care were equally wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience.
The entire process—from browsing and purchasing to fulfillment, customer service, and pickup—was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Every employee
we encountered seemed eager to help and proud of the experience they provided.
MetroWest has long relied on a handful of familiar furniture destinations, and it's refreshing to have another exceptional option. Raymour & Flanigan Natick has raised the bar. We came in looking for a functional ottoman and left as enthusiastic customers who will absolutely return.
Five stars without hesitation. If this is the standard they're setting, Natick is in very good hands.
