  This was our first time shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, and it turned out to be one of the best furniture-shopping experiences we've had! A huge part of that was thanks to Scott. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, helping us find our favorite pieces while also making sure we got the best possible discount. Scott made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. We walked away very happy with both our selections and the value we received. We'll definitely be back — and will be asking for Scott! Highly recommend!

  Great service. Kevin the salesperson was very helpful, patient and not at all pushy. Got us the perfect couch for our space. Delivery was on time, quick and professional. Very happy!

  I recently purchased some furniture online from Raymour & Flanigan. I have never bought furniture from them before, but they have already convinced me that they are the place to go when looking for new furniture. My order was set for pickup on a specific date, but I needed to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. I called last week and I spoke with Dan(?) who was so kind and helpful to me. I called back today to confirm and spoke with Lisa(?) who was also super nice and helpful. I'm terrible with names, guys! All to say, I have had such a pleasant experience thus far and haven't even picked up my order yet. Will update this once I do to show off the new bedroom set. Thank you, R&F, for being humans that answer the phone and are helpful and kind. Very different experience from past purchases at other furniture stores.

  We had amazing experience with this place. Dimitri had been extremely helpful right from the moment we entered the store till the delivery of the right product. We were looking for a great leather sectional and not only found a fantastic product at this store; but Dimitri and the store manager staff helped big time executing the order with right discounts and financing especially around the MA tax holiday weekend. We had a minor hiccup with the incorrect delivery and I have seen really concerning reviews about their return policies. However, the reality has been totally different. Dimitri, even during his sickness, owned up the correction in delivery and coordinated the smooth return and exchange with prompt responses. I will surely go to this place for my future needs.
