  CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest!!! Another fun and seamless experience with the team, offering such a personal, and professional interaction. Andy Nguyen helped me find the perfect mattress once again!(he assisted me with my sisters mattress previously). He saw how important trying/knowing every option was to me, listened to my specific preferences, then listened just as intently AGAIN when I adjusted them. A promise was made to find me exactly what I needed, and did he deliver!!! He was just as excited as I was to present an amazing price for my final mattress choice. Raymour & Flanigan always has the best selection based on our extensive mattress searching especially that specific Natick location(such a convenient spot right at the Natick Mall). Just one reason I returned and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need. I’ll certainly be coming back for any mattress and furniture needs, or just to say hello to Andy when I’m at the Natick mall! 6 STARS on this one!!!!!!

  The salesperson, Beatriz, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. She was patient, offered excellent suggestions regarding furniture selection, and was extremely helpful in coordinating the delivery schedule. I especially appreciated how promptly she returned my calls and followed up on every detail. Her customer service made the experience both smooth and enjoyable.

I ran into an issue with the credit process, and she went above and beyond to help resolve everything quickly and professionally. She was patient, understanding, and made the entire experience stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference.   We had a great experience working with Carol Dau, sales representative at Flanigan in Natick Mall. Carol was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us excellent decorating advice that made choosing much easier. Her eye for style and attention to detail helped us narrow down our options and pick exactly what we wanted. She was patient, informative, and never made us feel rushed. Carol made the experience enjoyable, and we really appreciated her expertise and guidance. We would definitely recommend working with her
