  Exceptional service. I did research on options before hand. The general manager was able to show me exactly what options I had that we're on my list.plus telling me why others i picked wern't.. I picked a power lift chair and he was able to show me. Exactly what options the chair offered. Fantastic service. I highly recommend you look at options first before going. Thatcway they can truly get you what you want in a faster time Highly recommend them

  From the moment we walked into the store to the day furniture was delivered, everyone was very professional. We were kept updated and able to track the delivery. Did not have to play phone tag. 👍

  It’s a step out of reality and into a dream world where everyone is friendly and everything you sit on is extreme comfort and luxury plus made in the USA. Josh M was my seating guide and would recommend him and this store. Bought a dream chair and can’t wait to get it.

  I furniture shopped for a replacement recliner, chair in multiple locations. However, the Lazy Boy Natick, MA location had a wide variety of options, as well as a very pleasant environment. The customer service personnel named Melissa did an outstanding job. She was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to work with. I had to call back to change and delivery date and this was also effortless. In general, I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for furniture.

  We just left there. The selection for what we were looking for was limited but we were very specific so we weren't surprised. We were very happy with our salesman. Ross understood what we wanted right away & was able to find something for us. We're thinking it over now, probably will place the order.
