  Low pressure very professional. Very happy with the process. Ross and Paige were great. In house design help was great as well.

  I had such a wonderful experience with La-Z-Boy, especially because of Ross. My dad was in the hospital, and we needed to quickly replace his old-style recliner with a power lift recliner that would be much easier and safer for him to use during his recovery. Ross was incredibly helpful in working with me to find an in-stock option that met our needs, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we could get it delivered as quickly as possible. During what was already a very stressful time for our family, his kindness, patience, and willingness to help made such a difference. I’m so grateful for Ross and the care he put into helping us. He provided exceptional customer service and is a real asset to La-Z-Boy. Thank you, Ross!

  Ross what’s great to work with, He didn’t hover, he let us look around and let us know he was available when we needed him. When we were ready to buy, he made the process go quickly, which I appreciate.

  Melissa helped us to find the perfect recliner for recovery after a planned surgery. She was attentive and thorough, providing several options for chairs that matched our needs and discussing fabric, protection plans, and pets. We appreciated her expertise and kindness!

  Exceptional service. I did research on options before hand. The general manager was able to show me exactly what options I had that we're on my list.plus telling me why others i picked wern't.. I picked a power lift chair and he was able to show me. Exactly what options the chair offered. Fantastic service. I highly recommend you look at options first before going. Thatcway they can truly get you what you want in a faster time Highly recommend them
