  After an incredibly negative experience with online purchase and delivery and online support bouncing me from person to person I reached out to the Millbury store for help. The team there was actually responsive, kind and quick to help resolve the issue. If you plan to work with this company work with the Millbury store.

  We enjoyed our visit to R & F. We were greeted as soon as we cleared the door. Karen LeBlanc is now our go to sales associate. She is so polite and knowledgeable. We came in for a sofa and chair, by the time we finished we had a sofa , 2 chairs and 2 bar stools. In my book, That's one heck of a sales person!!!! Hopefully, I won't need anymore furniture in the near future, but if I do, I'm headed back to see Karen LeBlanc at Raymour and Flanagan.

  I walked in looking for an office chair. I was greeted by Karen who was warm and welcoming and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was exceptional. Spoke with Diane to pay and she was equally as amazing. I saw many items which I will be making a trip back to purchase. Treat customers well and you got 'em. Well I am hooked. Store was clean and well laid out. Great lighting and not too crowded. Some furniture stores feel like they are so crammed with stuff you really cant imagine it in your own house. It is not the case here. I felt welcome and I will be back! Oh - chair is being delivered in 2 days! Can not speak highly enough of Karen.

  So we havent finished our purchase yet do to waiting for closing day. So far tho we have loved working with linda at the millbury blackstone shops. He have selected furniture for 3 rooms and will be setting up delivery soon. So far ive really enjoyed this company and its staff.

  I am very disappointed with your delivery service, specifically the Tracking App. I left my daughter’s bedside in an ICU Unit to be home for the designated arrival time, 2:30pm. At 2:00pm it was changed to 2:45, then 3:00, then 3:30. This continue all afternoon until the order was at my home at 6:30pm. It was extremely distressing for me to have to leave, just to wait at home as the delivery time continued to be delayed. It would have been far less stressful if the App was more accurate, knowing that there were other orders that were being delivered ahead of mine. All in all, I thought this was a huge error on your part in choosing this service and it soured my whole experience with you. I had been planning on making more purchases, in cash like this one. If that’s how the delivery process works then no thank you, I will spend my money elsewhere,
