From moment one my experience was painless. Worked with Linda Shays, a great representative for Raymour Flanagan, and purchased exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back, and will look forward to working with Linda again!

Scott was great, he helped us find the best deal for a new sofa in our price range and with the right color! I highly recommended the helpful crew in Millbury!

My friends brand new floors were scratched and dented by the delivery guys scooting the new furniture across the floors. They left several scratches and dents. Very unprofessional. Very hateful. I will never buy from Raymour and Flannigan.

The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. Someone who I forget their name, took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find quality furniture that fit my budget. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be returning.

Snobbiness isn't a good look, especially for a store that had zero customers before my sister and I walked in. Immediately upon entering, we were approached by an older man who worked there, and he asked us if we were "over 18." Obviously my sister and I were quite confused; what did he want, our license and registration too? Our social security numbers? Politely we explained and gave our ages (we are indeed over 18). The man then said that he asked because Millbury Police is "not fond of having kids up here." That of course isn't the store's fault, but the degree to which it was enforced by the employee was utterly ridiculous. You're not the Gestapo, you're a minimum wage worker. The whole "papers, please" approach isn't very personable! The employee then asked us why we were in the store at all; why else would someone enter a furniture store? To look at furniture, obviously (and to check out the Property Brothers cardboard cutout that was in there, as we are fans of the show). Our family is moving soon, so I was interested in seeing potential ideas for the new place. Apparently, that's not welcome at this store. As a customer service employee, you shouldn't interrogate your customers the second they enter just because they look young. Once the employee finished grilling us, it was clear that our answer wasn't satisfactory. He continued to watch us like a hawk, presumably to make sure we didn't touch or steal anything, as if we (two young women under 5'5") would be capable of lifting up an entire bedframe and sneaking out of the store. Also, keep in mind that I dress a little alternative, nothing over the top, just a little different from the norm, so I'm sure that he was profiling me for that too— God forbid I didn't put on my Sunday Best to go to a furniture store. The whole experience was very off-putting, and we ended up leaving because it made us too self-conscious to focus at all on the furniture. If this is what it takes to give Raymour and Flanigan a "refined" feel, it's not working. All it's doing is making the store seem very unapproachable. Do you care about customers, or do you care about image? You're a customer service employee, not a crowd control officer. I guess it makes sense that the store was entirely devoid of customers before we entered; if this is how employees talk to everyone who visits, who would ever bother?
