  Rented a storage online. Immediately got a call from Katie with detailed instructions on how to access my storage and even charged me for a lock that was left in my storage. I appreciated her quick follow up because it made the move in process that much easier. The building was clean and secure I felt safe leaving my belongings here. Highly recommend.

  I needed a storage unit for the summer as a student, and my experience with Trunk Space Storage in Medford was mostly excellent. The facility manager, Katie, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The storage area itself was very clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind while storing my belongings. As a caveat, I will note that the restroom on-site was dirty. Despite that, I still recommend this facility to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage option.

  Staff was so sweet & helpful! Katie called me right after I booked online to introduce herself and to orient me to the property. She was extremely kind and friendly. It made a tedious process really smooth and easy. Thank you very much!

  My husband and I had gone to trunk space after visiting two other storage facilities. We were beyond pleased with the manager Katie she had no problem showing us 4 different units. The place was very clean compared to what we had seen. Katie helped us reserve a unit and we went in 4 days later completed paperwork and started moving in. I am happy with everything this far. Highly recommend
