It was easy to book online and the payment process of 4 months in advance, which is exactly what we needed, was very convenient. However, I thought these units were climate controlled, but they are not, so I will have to weed out things I cannot store there because I don't want them to get moldy in the heat and humidity during the summer and fall seasons.

I read the reviews and was skeptical. Thought Mark must have had his relatives write them, but turns out they are spot on. Mark was extremely friendly and thorough and made the process a piece of cake. The storage facility itself looks like it just opened, but Mark said it's been 14 years--wow! Highly recommend.
