Sonia is very helpful person.I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Sonia at this storage facility. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs. Moving items can be stressful, but Sonia made the onboarding process entirely seamless by answering all my questions and helping me choose the perfect unit size.She goes above and beyond to maintain a secure, clean, and well-managed property. Sonia took the time to clearly explain the gate security codes and unit layout, giving me complete peace of mind about leaving my belongings here. Her customer service is truly top-notch, and she treats everyone with genuine kindness and respect. It’s clean in here, no weird smells, no moisture issues, no security issues. Got exactly what I paid for which I’m pleased with. I kept my things in storage for about three months and didn’t have any rate changes, and my stuff was in the same condition I left it in.
I also appreciate that they provide furniture carts/dollies, and have a freight lift. Would definitely use this facility again.

Alisha was extremely helpful and professional. I signed my lease for a unit back in June and finally got a chance to see my unit. Unfortunately someone else’s belonging were in my unit along with a lock. Alisha was very thorough in assisting me with the next steps all while helping others in the process. She was the only person operating the office and still made sure that everyone felt supported in having their questions answered and requests fulfilled. A 10/10 experience for my first time, thanks to Alisha.
