  We have not received our order yet as we only placed it last week, this review is specifically for this location and their employees. Our family came in to this store maybe 30min before closing and were greeted by Yencel. Prior to arrival we had gone online and thought we knew what we wanted. Turns out making the trip to the store and being assisted by Yencel changed some of the decisions we made, things that just couldn't been known without Yencel's assistance and seeing the couch options in person. The couches speak for themselves. However the most invaluable part of the experience was Yencel. His knowledge, patience and caring about the us (the customer) really made the instore experience well worth the trip! I asked if he would be making commission on our purchase, because I wanted to be sure he was taken care of, but it turns out this is not Lovesac's instore business model. Employees are not incentivized by commissions. I personally think that this leads to a better instore experience. Instead of having an employee push unnecessary things on you to bump up the purchase total, they want to get you into the right product for you. Yencel is a great asset to this location. If you go to the store and he is working, rest assured you are in good hands! If Lovesac Corporate sees this review understand that you have a great employee with Yencel. We felt that he truly cared about us and he wanted us to make the best decision for our family. He is a great person and employee and should be recognized for this!!

  We have had the couch for about 6 months. It's uncomfortable. I thought it would be the kind of couch you couldn't wait to sink into when you get home from work. Now I feel resentful of it because it's just not that comfortable. When lowering the recliner, it keeps beeping even though there is nothing under it. The cushions are hard but have lost their shape and the fabric is pilling already. The back pillows are too squishy and need to keep being adjusted. The cushions don't stay velcro-ed in place. I am sad and disappointed by this couch. It always looks messy and is high maintenance. It needs constant readjusting. We spent a lot on this couch, thinking we were making a good decision. I feel disheartened by this purchase. Not what we expected.

  Hi, my name is Tony and 2020 and 2021 was a very difficult time in my life. My wife Lisa took very ill after getting Covid. A couple of months ago I went to Lovesac and met Janelle. I started the process alone because my wife Lisa was still in the hospital. Janelle was very patient and understanding. Finally Lisa came home, so the two of us were able to visit and finally, Janelle brought us home and now, new Lovesac owners. Thanks to Janelle, she handled it with thoughtfulness and compassion.

  Jonathan from Northshore is the best!!!  We purchased two rooms of furniture during the pandemic and Jonathan very patiently walked us through the process.  After our order arrived, we noticed the special order fabrics were again available (they were not available at time of purchase).  Jonathan very patiently handled our exchange.  I then rearranged one room and needed to exchange some sides.  Jonathan handled this as well.  This is the best customer service I’ve ever received.  Every time I emailed him, he got back to me usually within an hour.  OH, and the furniture is awesome as well.  Great product, better service!!
