  Naomi and Ray were kind, but I’m very disappointed with the overall service. I was originally scheduled for a delivery between 2 PM and 6 PM. The staff arrived at 6 PM, which I understand can happen, but it was too late for my schedule, so I rescheduled for the next day. I was told that I would be the first person to receive my order that morning. However, the morning went by and I still hadn’t received anything. I called and was told there had been a miscommunication between the staff, but that I would still receive my item that afternoon, again between 2 PM and 6 PM. Once again, the delivery arrived at 6 PM, which was cutting it very close to my schedule. I asked if they could wait five minutes while we drove back, since we had just left, but they said they couldn’t because they were busy. I cancelled the order, but I still received a payment reminder for the first installment online. I called the store and was told that I wasn’t expected to pay for anything that hadn’t been delivered yet, so I decided to give it one last try. Once again, I was told that I would be one of the first deliveries, between 8 AM and 12 PM. By around 2 PM, I had to call back for an update because I still hadn’t received anything. Finally, shortly after that call, the delivery arrived, and I had a family member receive it for me. Later, I got home and checked the item, I realized that I had received a stained and worn-out plush mattress, even though I specifically requested an extra-firm mattress because my current one is already firm. This entire experience was a waste of my time, and I will be returning the item. After being patient and giving this so many chances, I sincerely hope I will not also be expected to pay the first installment.

  3 out of 5 stars only because the people in the store were great. Ray was always polite, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager, Mickey, was the exact opposite. I had my rental picked up due to circumstances beyond my control, but I continued to be charged every week for four weeks afterward. I called the store multiple times and was repeatedly told the charges would stop, but they never did. I eventually had to block the payments through my bank. When Mickey called saying I was four weeks behind, I explained the items had already been picked up and that I’d been told several times I would no longer be charged. Instead of listening, he talked over me, insisted I wasn’t being charged, and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. The only reason more payments didn’t come out was because I blocked them with my bank. The billing issues were frustrating, but the lack of professionalism and respect during the phone call was even worse. Based on my experience, I would rent from Ray again, but I would not recommend dealing with the finance department.

  The manager Raymond you called him never returned phone call i pay 2,000 in cash try to buy a bedroom set the store can’t orden nothing is not available so I want my money back he want me to wait útil Friday No I want my money soon because I need to go a get other bedroom set in different store I called district manager I need to wait 3 days some one can results my situation Aaron in Lynn MA is a trash , the customer service is poor in the store
