- ADAnn DevlinOct 1, 20261.0Terrible experience! We called on Tuesday morning and made an appointment with Steve for the next day at 10 am. He assured us he could make it but he never showed up and when we called him, he said he forgot and now was solidly booked for the rest of the week! So unprofessional! With wasps in our daughter’s bedroom, we needed immediate assistance. We had turned down call backs from other companies because Mantis said they were coming and now, a day later, we were left with no one coming at all. Luckily we were able to find another company to come out late this afternoon but we are upset and frankly shocked by the non-service we got from Mantis. It cost us time and increased anxiety in dealing with a wasp infestation in a bedroom.
