They did a full chimney inspection and discovered several “issues” that needed immediate fixing. They showed video to my husband and demonstrated the issues to him. He felt pressured to fix these issues even though all we scheduled was a chimney cleaning. Bottom line the chimney cleaning, new chimney liner, new chimney cap and flashing work wound up costing us $10,000!!!!
