  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   Came here to get my mom a new lilac bush and found a beautiful one i know my mom will love and the price was great here this will be an early mother's day gift everyone at lowe's is so helpful

  I like Lowe’s for the selection of items. I do not like how everything is laid out though, for the life of me I could not find the 30 amp generator cord that the app said they had. The app is the next thing, this Lowe’s has no reception in the store for Verizon users, can’t they supply a Wi-Fi password so I can look at the app in the store. The app will not even load when I am inside the store. Oh and I forgot to say the best part, now you have Sunrun sales people roaming the aisles and asking if you would like solar, I live in a condo, I don’t know how many sales people there were but I was asked by every one of them.

  I was on the Lowe's Website looking for multiple items. It stated this store had some, but the other store has the rest. However, if you go over to a 3rd store, you could also get some of it as well. It was frustrating. I called Lowe's in Kingston Mass and expressed my frustration to an associate named Lisa. She did her job well as she physically put her eyes and hands on all of the products that I was looking for, and helped me get In and out of the store with in a matter of minutes. I could see a significant amount of people in the store ( customers and associates) were counting on her, and she helped us all. She is polite and proficient at her job. She is what all Lowe's Associates should aspire to.
