    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Surveys for this location shouldn’t start with a 1 star rating; that’s giving them at least a score of 20 out of 100. Customer service was very unhelpful when trying to locate an associate in a department for assistance. They should hire people who are qualified for the job and not just give people with titles. They would not page anyone to the department for assistance. Home Depot needs to replace these people.Male associates put down women consumers like myself when asking for assistance. That is totally unacceptable. Corporate needs to straighten out these people. Every review you read, Lowe’s owner always apologize for the associates wrong doing. Obviously apologizing doesn’t fix the problem as it continually happens over and over. They need a better solution if they want to stay in business.

    Go to Home Depot. Service here is embarrassing and slow. Curbside pickup is heavily advertised but doesn’t not work. Stocking to my local hardware store from now on. This company wants to run off AI only

    Today I visited the Lowe’s in Hudson to buy a washing machine, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Terry—a truly excellent salesperson. I highly recommend him; the service was outstanding and very attentive. Thank you for your assistance—we will definitely be back to make future purchases with you.

    Stay away from this LOWE’S Drive to Home Depot The worst customer service Spoke to multiple store managers about a delivery that was supposed to come on March 23rd. Well it got delayed. I get it stuff happens The guy I hired to do work on my house I found other stuff for him to do in the meantime After calling and speaking to 2 diffrent store managers Who were 0 help they gave me a a new date of March 27th for delivery So I hired a carpenter again to go get the product at Lowe’s and install the product in my house. Well it got delayed again Why give a tracking -# and date if the product isnt coming that day So now a 400 dollar window is now costing me almost 2k because of all the delays I then called corporate on Monday March 30th And if you think the employees and store managers at Hudson LOWE’S are useless Well call corporate What a giant waste of time They offered me 50 dollars for my troubles What a joke I am a builder in town and have spent so much money with Hudson LOWE’S and for them to offer me 50 in store credit is a joke I wish it was in cash so I can put it my gas tank to drive to Home Depot Anyway stay away from here if you need customer service 1 star rating is too many stars
