  Recently started renting a unit here and have had a great experience so far. The facility is very clean, easy to access, and feels well maintained. The manager was also very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage in the area!

  David was super friendly and took the time to show me around and how everything works! The environment is also very clean and feels extremely safe. I was very hesitant to rent out a storage unit but I’m happy I chose this location!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent some extra storage. 10/10 experience

  Wonderful experience here. This was my first time utilizing a storage unit and everything was super easy to navigate. I arrived pretty late before they closed but there were 5 carts or so available to use in the garage. It was super clean, too! I also had to reach out to the owner to fix a billing issue and he was an absolute pleasure, very kind and appreciative!

  Amazing customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind. The manager David, very polite and always gives amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place for your storage.

  Location is great, building is clean and well maintained, I always felt safe coming and going and the onsite manager seemed responsive, although I never really needed anything. However, I will be leaving at the end of my next month, which will make 4 months total, because they raised the rate by $100. This was definitely a "bait and switch" in my opinion. Although the contract does say that they can change the rate anytime with 30 days notice, and they did provide the 30 days notice. It is an excessive amount to increase the rate after you've moved your items in and they think they have you stuck. I, thankfully, haven't moved a lot in yet and I am not letting them do this to me. I have found another storage company that commits to not raising the rate substantially and offers much of what's offered here, although it's not as new. Buyer beware! Don't fall for the good price that is initially offered unless you are willing to pay a year up front and lock it in. If you pay month to month (or even prepay 4 months, as I did), you are a sitting duck for them to try to take advantage of you and your situation.
