He showed up on time & he replaced our heater in our Hot Springs Jetsetter and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Mainly Tubs as they are a very reputable company with amazing service reps ( especially Kevin) Thank you Kevin & Mainly Tubs for getting our tub running again.

He went over all the different models and options and helped me find one that worked perfectly for my family with no pressure whatsoever. I realized a smart top that I purchased with it wouldn't fit with the space I had and one call to Chris and he had everything coordinated with the proper top ordered and made sure everyone on his team knew what was going on to make our experience very satisfactory! I would definitely recommend to ask for Chris when you go to mainly tubs in Hanover he will take care of you !

A small wave to the salesperson followed by my exclamation "I'm here on a mission to improve my quality of life" when greeted. *insert some type of crying laughing emoji here*. Although I had a pretty good idea of what I already wanted to purchase for myself and my family, the salesman I worked with, Chris, was super helpful and patient as I decided on the exact model, colors, and stairs. Alan Miller greeted us immediately and is the best salesperson I have ever worked with! Alan’s product knowledge runs the gamut Never pushy, very amiable and down to earth, he allowed this major investment to be a stress free process. Once the spa was delivered I had many questions and contacted Alan . He was always available to me. Great experience overall.
