My wife and I originally thought we wanted the Hot Spring Aria, but after a "wet test" we realized the Vanguard was a better fit for us. That experience alone made us confident we were choosing the right spa. From our first visit to browse the Hanover showroom, through the wet test, purchase, delivery and learning the water care system, Alan Miller at the Hanover Mainely Tubs showroom was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He answered every question, took the time to explain everything clearly, and has continued to provide outstanding support after the sale. If you're looking for a hot tub or trusted hot tub dealer in Massachusetts, I highly recommend Mainely Tubs. Excellent customer service and great people (Allan Miller and Chris Martins.)

Couldn't have asked for a better experience in picking out a new hot tub. Just had my tub delivered a few days ago. The delivery crew was friendly , very knowledgeable and each member of the 3 man crew knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Thanks for a great experience buying a new hot tub

He showed up on time & he replaced our heater in our Hot Springs Jetsetter and made sure everything was working properly. He went over all the different models and options and helped me find one that worked perfectly for my family with no pressure whatsoever. I realized a smart top that I purchased with it wouldn't fit with the space I had and one call to Chris and he had everything coordinated with the proper top ordered and made sure everyone on his team knew what was going on to make our experience very satisfactory! I would definitely recommend to ask for Chris when you go to mainly tubs in Hanover he will take care of you !
