Horrible customer service. Just rented a carpet cleaner and was not told to clean the bottom of it, only the tank. The girl Alyssa who I spoke to when returning the carpet during didn't say a single word directly to me while she was processing my rental return. She just talked to a couple of her coworkers and asked them about it and none of the three of them spoke to us directly until telling us that we had to pay a $40 cleaning fee. I would have happily paid the fee if I was being spoken to or acknowledged even once, but it felt as if none of them were trained to be in a customer service position. We stood there for 5 minutes before anything was said to us. Three of the people at the desk weren't even sure how the rental worked and each had to keep asking other team members to come help.

My infirm Mother (I won't say elderly mother out of fear, wink wink) went in this morning to get patio furniture on my behalf. We knew what we wanted, had the sku numbers and all, and she was determined to get everything we needed in one trip. She's not capable of carrying much anymore, but she befriended a fine Lowe's gentleman named Bob who after some conversation took it upon himself to help my Mom get everything she asked for (including going the extra mile to check on some inventory discrepancies, to find products for us that weren't on the floor successfully). He enlisted the help of another fine man named Jessup to load every item into my mother's truck, and made her feel encouraged and listened to. Thank you for treating my mother with such kindness & respect. People treating other people with duty and respect can often go unnoticed, but these fellow's compassion, labor, and hard work is not unseen.
Maybe a raise for these guys, yeah?
