Sometimes you find great companies, and this is one of them. The service is always completed on time, with quality work and professionalism - but the customer service is what really shines. On a couple of occasions I’ve needed to put the system back on (emergency’s elsewhere meant the hose is needed back etc) and Alicia and team have always supported- exactly what you hope for from a local company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Suburban Lawn Sprinkler and consider myself fortunate to have found them - especially when emergencies happen!

I love Suburban Sprinkler! I love the character at the office (Alicia) that does the scheduling, the slightly gruff tech that maintains my irrigation system (James...he is an expert!), and the expertise of the owner (Michael) for more complex matters. I bounced around with other firms over the years, but it is no coincidence that I have called on Suburban exclusively since I found them three years ago.

Needed complete home lawn irrigation system installed. They responded right away and arranged time to walk through, explaining in detail how everything would be laid out and how the system would work, and got me a very reasonable proposal document. On installation they showed up with a big team of guys and very thoroughly went through the whole project (I have a complicated yard layout) getting it all installed in one day. Great crew, very polite and professional, and knowledgeable. They went through the operation of the system in detail with me, making sure I was happy and understood how everything works. After a few days of getting used to the system, I called them and asked for some tweaks (adjusting the position and coverage of some of the sprinklers and concern that one area wasn't getting the coverage it should). They came back out the next day, made all the adjustments with no problems, and made sure I was completely happy with the results. These guys are great!

Horrible service and the person who came home was very rude. He stayed for 45 mts and said that he has other houses lined up and had to leave before finishing the job. Horrible experience, don't use them.

We use the most State-of-the-Art equipment that tunnels pipe underground without causing much damage to the lawn surface. Should there be many rocks and/or roots, the process is not as neat. Generally, all lawns grow back within 7-10 days.

Most residential jobs can be completed in one day (two at the most). Before the “in-ground” work is done, a few hours are needed for inside plumbing.
Is there a backlog for installations?
It depends on the time of year. The Spring is the busiest time and it is always better to sign up early (even in the winter). We begin our installations at the end of April and beginning of May. Generally we can install Spring contracts within 4-6 weeks. After June, our schedule lightens up and the backlog is usually 3-4 weeks.
Do lawn mowers frequently break the sprinklers?
NO!! Since plastics took over the industry in the 70’s, with spring-loaded nozzles, the problems with lawn mowers are essentially nonexistent.
