Terrible customer service. No one takes accountably for their lack of communication. 15K purchase and treated like garbage. Beware of buying from this company.

He made it very easy for us to find an electrician, it was delivered and assembled for us. The whole process took less than a month. We use it all of the time- love it! Nick was a pleasure to work with.

The sales staff let us try out a cold plunge tub before purchasing it and the delivery folk’s expertly delivered and got both our sauna and cold plunge tub started. We highly recommend Mainely Tubs!

When we walked in, Nick explained to us the various options and helped us figure out what would be the best fit for us without any pressure. The tub we picked (HotSping - Pace) has a great look with a really nice design - a mix of lounge and upright seats for people of different sizes. Communication with Nick and the delivery team was great, and we got the tub in just before the January snowstorm. My wife and I have been taking a soak about 5 times a week, even in temperatures well below freezing. It is super relaxing, we have been sleeping better, and our friends who have come over for a soak have said the same! Highly recommend Mainely for the great service and great products!
