  I'd give more stars if I could! Nick was very helpful, made our selection clear and easy, and worked fast to get our financing in under a deadline for a fantastic deal. The follow-up team was communicative and responsive (Dustin, Austin, & Robert) and answered all my questions. The delivery team (Crew L1 - Noorullah and his crew, Tom, Logan, & Tyler) went above and beyond, and in 100º heat! They got it placed perfectly and handed off to the electrician with no issues. They were cheerful, helpful, and gracious. Thanks again to the whole team for making us "first timers" feel comfortable.

  From our first communication with Carolina the word that comes to mind is SUPERIOR! We traveled a distance from our home to the showroom in Framingham because after speaking with Carolina over the phone I felt by the end of the conversation that there was no one I would even consider buying our Hot Tub from. Carolina's follow-up was prompt and sincere even though our timetable for finalizing our purchase was uncertain. She actively listened and genuinely cared that we make the right purchase for our unique needs - WE FELT SO TRULY VALUED. When we walked into the showroom, I would estimate our chances of purchasing THAT DAY to be 1% or less but we were just so blown away and impressed by Carolina it restored my Faith that true Customer Service is indeed not dead. Her knowledge and insight was impressive making us feel comfortable with what for us was a significant life purchase which Carolina demonstrated she fully understood through her thorough professional process. The SUPERIOR experience did not end at point of sale, however. We were blessed to have Prince and his delivery team perform what I consider THE ABSOLUTE BEST delivery I have ever experienced or could possibly imagine. Not only did Prince deliver our new HOT TUB with an efficiency and care as if it was his own in the scorching hot sun but after our Hot Tub was in place he invested a considerable amount of time educating me on EVERYTHING I would need to know to get the most out of our new Hot Tub even though we were the last stop of a long hot day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone purchasing a Hot Tub to purchase WITH CONFIDENCE from Mainely Tubs they are the ABSOLUTE BEST at what they do and second place is not close. Thank you Carolina, Prince and Team for going above and beyond to provide us with a WOW experience we will never forget! :-)

  Profoundly Disappointed with Mainely Tubs – Major Letdown on a Premium Purchase I purchased a Relay hot tub from Mainely Tubs expecting the “white glove” service they heavily promote. Unfortunately, the entire experience from delivery onward was a significant disappointment. The company installed the wrong water system (FreshWater Salt) without my authorization, despite me specifically ordering the chlorine version. Correcting this took multiple service visits, weeks of delays, and poor communication throughout. The promised White Glove orientation/tutorial never happened in a timely manner, leaving me frustrated and without proper guidance. Even after the President & CEO personally got involved, the resolution offered felt inadequate. They framed keeping the mistakenly installed Salt system (which they originally installed by error) as a major concession, with only a modest credit. For a premium $16,000+ purchase, this level of execution and follow-through simply does not meet expectations. While the tub itself appears well-made, the post-sale service, transparency, and accountability fell far short. I have since canceled my water care plan and will be taking all future service elsewhere. I truly regret choosing Mainely Tubs and would advise others considering a high-end hot tub to look at other vendors.

  If you put delivery on hold they give away your tub. Told me they would deliver today only to be called this morning saying its coming tomorrow. Terrible customer service. No one takes accountably for their lack of communication. 15K purchase and treated like garbage. Beware of buying from this company.

  We purchased a sauna through Nick and definitely recommend it! We were overwhelmed looking at our options and the prospect of assembly. He made it very easy for us to find an electrician, it was delivered and assembled for us. The whole process took less than a month. We use it all of the time- love it! Nick was a pleasure to work with.
