  I stopped in to get a frame and mat for a painting my granddaughter painted for me. I was overwhelmed with all the great choices. Anna was the absolute best helping me make the perfect choices! Thank you so much Anna👍😁

  I was in the Framingham,MA store today. It was an hour ride round trip. I picked out my fabric (8 bolts) and the woman in front of me went looking for someone to cut the fabric. Several minutes an employee walked over to us and right and said I am sorry there isn’t anyone here to cut fabric the employee called in sick and she said someone was coming in at 11:00. That was an hour and half till she came in . I left it all at the counter. On my way out I stopped and asked an employee if he was the manager? He wasn’t but asked what was wrong told him what happened. He tried to look concerned and apologized but I know it wouldn’t get to the manager. Poor management in this store. They might want to cross train employees to keep customer's coming back!!

  1 star solely because of the cashier Jada. She was extremely rude and dismissive and not helpful at all. I was actually so shocked and taken back that I said something to her. It’s super unfortunate because the store is cute! For sure won’t be back at this location but maybe foxborough!!

  Everyone I know loves this store. It begins with the central location that has plenty of easy close parking withno trafgic issues. The inspiration begins right inside the door with a home decorator's dream display. Soothing music calms every anxiety you may have. The huge, extremely clean and neat store has everything you could ever want to present a beautiful and nurturing home, classroom, waiting room, office, or salon. The employees are always kind, helpful, courteous and friendly, but not always speedy. It would be helpful to have more registers open when lines get long. Since almost everything in the store is marked down, it would seem much more honest to just mark the prices down permanently, rather than participating in the "game" of "marking it up to mark it down" which doesn't fool anyone but does lead to wondering about the integrity of the company. Rather than charging for bags, I would suggest either printing advertising on them, or giving back ten cents for each bag a shopper brings with them, or both! My main concern is the large number of items made in China. I fervently pray that U.S. tarriff policy will soon result in merchandise made in other countries, especially the USA!!
