I had the pleasure of meeting Juan and Raynel and let me tell you they are amazing at their job. As soon as I walked in they greeted me in the nicest way possible making me feel like I had know them all my life. Juan showed me around and he really knew his stuff. The funny thing is I was going to rent a small storage but they talked me into getting the biggest one they had and believe me I was not disappointed. I’m so glad I went to extra space storage the ppl at U haul don’t have anything against these guys. Definitely moving all my stuff over from u haul to here. Thank you guys again for the all help and making this move a lot easier and smoother

I would describe my experience with this Extra Space Storage location as predatory. I understood that the initial rental rate was promotional and could increase over time. However, after only three months, my rate increased by 100%.
My contract states that rate increases require 30 days' notice, but I never received any notice before being charged the higher amount. When I raised the issue with management, they claimed a notice had been mailed, but they could not provide any proof that I actually received it.
The manager offered a credit toward a future month but refused to refund the month that had already been charged at the higher rate.
Customers should be aware that the advertised introductory rates can change very quickly and potentially double within a matter of months. If you rent here, monitor your invoices closely and don't assume your rate will remain stable for very long.

I would give it four maybe five stars but I’ve been discussing the garage door on the side of the building getting repaired with them for about a year and it seems like it’s probably been broken for a lot longer than that. I understand it takes time to get certain things repaired, but this is complete overkill and it makes storing stuff here it’s very inconvenient for loading and offloading. It’s a major inconvenience and they’ve guided me to use the tail height loading, but I don’t have a truck. I’ve actually had items broken before because I’m trying to bring them through that small door. In the past storage places I’ve rented I’ve had reasonable access to bring carts through with large items. I’m not sure what needs to be done to get the attention of Management, this is a major inconvenience. If they can’t get the parts for this garage door, they might as well just put in a regular door just so we at least have a wide loading area where you can cart things up from your car.
