Diego was very helpful in helping us choose blinds for our home. They have a wide selection. We ordered. They measured our windows. The blinds arrived. It was 4 weeks start to finish.

I feel like I am at home when I go to the location in Framingham. Amanda Nault was so very helpful with my next renovation project on my home. The reason I call it home is because of the connection I feel whenever I enter. Sean Mullaney remembered me and was so helpful. This location has a great feeling of customer service. Absolutely an A+ experience. They could not have possibly been any more helpful and accommodating. Their suggestions were spot on and when I changed things up (before I placed the order) it was seamless. I am really happy with their quality and will be back for the rest of my window treatments. Used car salespeople or blinds salespeople? Be careful with the “100% covered” notion when their cheap blinds break. The manufacturer fee to fix is free, but they charge $100 bucks each way to pick up and deliver them back. They also outsource this person too, so it’s a random showing up at your house in a regular car (even though most the blinds are too big so they have to go back to the office to pick up a van even though they knew in the first place how big your blinds were). Conveniently they can’t schedule service appointments until you give a credit card so they hold you blinds hostage until you pay. Unless you have a pickup truck , good luck taking advantage of this “lifetime warranty” as they’ll nickel and dime you every step of the way. Though I’m personally committed at this point, find your blinds elsewhere…there are PLENTY of better options in the metro west area that won’t screw you over

As an interior designer with 25 years of experience, I have worked with another high-end national window treatment company for more than 20 years and recently decided to give Blinds To Go’s trade program a try. I’ll admit I was initially a bit hesitant—largely because of the name, which in hindsight feels unfair. I questioned whether the brand would align with the level of design and service my clients expect, particularly since many of my clients are high-profile individuals in the arts and sports industries. I can confidently say I am so glad I took the chance. Not only has this allowed my clients to save a significant amount of money while still receiving beautiful, high-quality products, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much Blinds To Go has expanded and elevated its offerings. While there are still some limitations in customization, they have clearly been ramping up their capabilities, and I found there to be far more options than I expected. What has made the experience truly exceptional, however, is Erica Vitorino. She oversees the trade program in my area, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is professional, attentive, and her follow-through is impeccable. The level of customer service I have received through this transition has been unmatched. Erica’s demeanor with my clients is exceptional. She truly becomes part of the team rather than operating independently. She is always respectful of my role as the lead designer, consistently deferring to me while still offering thoughtful input—always privately and professionally—so the integrity of my client relationships remains intact. I could not be happier with my decision and would highly recommend any interior designer consider Blinds To Go’s trade program. If you are looking for strong value, quality products, and outstanding service, you will not be disappointed.
