  From the initial order, I did online to get my samples to communicating with the store to order my samples, to the gentleman who came out to measure the windows, and the final execution was excellent. It was seamless a very good experience..

  The window shutters I had installed in 3 bathrooms are well made and the installation was impeccable. The customer service in the showroom was exceptional. The only thing that surprised me was I had to follow up after the installer came to my home to measure the windows. This delayed placing the order by about 8 business days. Otherwise, I highly recommend the product.
