Initially, the sales rep insulted my neighbors, yelling and swearing at them. Then, the sales rep made sexist comments. The technician that came out to redo their mess up was rude and unhelpful. HE SAID THIS IS POISON. They did not market it that way. They said if they sprayed it near my flowers or vegetables, it would kill them. The screenshots from the sales rep continuing to harass me are outrageous.

When there is a sign that says "no solicitation, do not knock or ring bell" directly above your ring camera maybe tell your door-to-door salesperson to not knock and ring. Instead of having them look directly at camera and completely ignore the sign and then knock and ring. And then when we ignore them they just walk through our yard in the grass to bother the neighbors. Well done!

I had a young gentleman named Vedder come tonight to discuss your product. Although I did not need the service , he was incredibly nice , respectful and well spoken. No pressure at all. This is a young man that I would love to have on my team. He was awesome.

I just had the technician come out today for service for my yard. She did the front yard and then I got a text stating that she was all done. I text her back and asked her what about the backyard she said because of the wind they’re not allowed To treat if it is windy. I asked her then why did she do the front yard and When would they come back into the backyard? She told me she didn’t know. She was just a technician and she just follows instructions that are given to her for the day route.. I called the office and informed them of the situation and she goes that is correct. If it’s windy, we don’t do the service in which I said then why did you come out at all? If you know it’s windy and you can’t do your job she should’ve told me upfront that because of the wind I can’t do the job and not do the front job and just schedule For another day. Customer service told me that they would come back out on Monday and do the complete job. I’ll update this if they don’t come back. I told them I’m not paying anything extra for this because that’s on them not me.

Worst company you could ever have in your home. Do not hire them. All they care about is trying to sign you up for a 1-year contract, which I did. Big mistake; I should have done a little research about them. They showed up only one time and charged me for 3 months. They were supposed to come every month but never did. They kept rescheduling every month. Horrible customer service. I canceled my contract, and they're still trying to charge me a cancellation fee.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
