  My first experience Brenda and Kenny were absolutely very helpful and wonderful people! Even though it’s very hot outside it was nice and cool! Very clean place and free drying also!

  Expensive, but worth it. Clean, friendly, and easy to use. Drying is free, but really it’s included in wash prices.

  If I could give 10 stars, I would do that. Very friendly and helpful staff at the Fitchburg location. Today I brought all my laundry in there for my first time at that location (and actually first time using any laundromat since college for that matter. long time ago). All washing machines are card operated, and dryers are free, plus they also offer a full-service drop-off option for a reasonable price. The general manager, Brenda, was so helpful in showing me around and helping me get setup with a card for using the machines, plus anything I needed to know for using their 80lb washing machines (which hold way more than I expected). While I ran an errand, she noticed my dryer loads (all 3) were still damp when the timer ran out, and got them going again, so that when I returned, everything was 100% dry and ready for me to fold and take home. The assistant there today, Victor, was also terrific, and helped me get my things out to my car when I was all done. There are a lot of machines, both washers and dryers, at this location as well as laundry carts and folding tables. Place is clean and tidy. Above all the staff is fantastic! Definitely will be going back there for all of my laundry.

  Exceptional service and laundry care. I brought Army uniforms and equipment into be cleaned recently, they did an awesome job. I have been using laundry services for years and this was the best I have had.
