Don’t rent from this place my belongings got stolen. People steal and management is obnoxious they will not help until you call the police!!! The management guy Bryan put me out while I was waiting on the police! Dirty unsafe business stay away!!!

Very nice people who explained everything thoughtfully.
As a side note a year ago I had to clean out a unit my father who passed way left. It was a very difficult time in my life. They made that entire situation so much better with their help and pointed to which services could help with said situation of cleaning out the locker. It helped make the whole process easier

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been nothing but excellent. As a matter of fact I came back to rent a second but much smaller unit for some boxes I needed to store away. I called the local office and did everything over the phone. The gentleman Brian was very polite any questions I had he answered for me best of all he got me my other unit almost right on the side of the one I already have making it very convenient for me . Everytime I go to E. S .S there's always a gentleman cleaning the building, elevators, trash outside. The prices for the units are the lowest around. They are climate controlled units inside. I highly recommend..
