  I rented couches from here last year and mid December. I told them that I would like to return the couches and they told me it was a 14 day wait January 9 came and I got a phone call from the store that they would come and pick up the couches. I never received another phone call. I waited and I waited. I looked at my cameras to see if maybe I missed them and of course they came two minutes after that phone call did not ring my doorbell did not give me a phone call. I called the store back. They did not answer me. I waited until Monday. No answer again called again Wednesday. No answer. Finally got in contact with them on January 16 They told me that they have a really high demand for return and drop off and that I would have to wait for a phone call back from the manager for a new pick up date. Still haven’t received a call back at this point. It’s been 20 days that they haven’t come to pick up their merchandise. They are literally ignoring me and I’m calling corporate tomorrow because they have 10 days to come pick up this merchandise or it is technically abandoned. Absolutely awful customer service with the store Fall River and New Bedford and I will not be responsible for these couches any longer. I am so sick of hounding them down to come pick up their items that I don’t want.

  Frank at the new bedford ma location is wicked awesome i told him i was looking for a brand new xbox and he did everything possible to find me one hes one of the best managers that i have ever delt with at an aarons location

  Have shopped here many times and have gotten many items. Love it the staff is friendly and awesome. They work with you.

  Ive rented to this store a few times wasn't really a fan. Then one day I was on Facebook and seen that they were having some specials for really good prices . I went down to the store and they were all sold out of what was on a clerance price . So the gentleman who works there Kendall informed me that sometimes people back out of sales and that he would take my number if they did. Now at this time I'm thinking to myself that was a good scam they pulled to get me in the store there's no way I could get a complete bedroom set and living room set for less then 1,000$ .. So I went about my day and continued looking for a bedroom set. I walked into bobs discount and as soon as I found something I liked my phone rang. It was Kendall from Aarons saying that he made a few phone calls and the person that wanted that bedroom set did not have enough money for it and that if I wanted it it was mine. Also that he has some another living room set for me in the morning . So I went to see him in the morning and got both sets . He personally cleaned them for me . Set up delevery for free . He was TOP NOTCH! He remembers your name and treats you as if your family not a customer . For this reason I will continue to come back and do business with him . I've sent friends and family he allways makes sure my referral goes thru. He's amazing if you want to do chose to do business in this store do it with Kendall he's amazing
