Had a great experience the other day at this facility. Was worried about the lost keys but super friendly and helpful person (Nick) at the office helped me out in a matter of minutes. I recovered access to my unit right away.

A fabulous company who has been incredibly kind, helpful and supportive throughout my rental. My rates were set to go up six months into the rental and the manager gave me a wonderful discount and also helped my family member to get in and out of the unit when I was out of the country. The units are clean with great temperature control and easy elevator access. There’s tons of parking, fast entry to the lot and a great loading dock when moving large pieces. I moved out halfway through the month and they gave me 50% off my final payment straight away and were incredibly helpful with the move out. Having a storage unit to manage while you live overseas is very stressful, and I wouldn’t have been able to handle it without the assistance of the wonderful women that work in the office here- thank you!

It's certainly a suitable storage facility, I would say! The dude on the phone who works there was pretty polite; the woman who sat at the office was nice, too. The conditions in the facility are decent. The air is dry enough so the goods you store should stay relatively well-off, though of course it is not ideal, like a well-furnished living room or such places. There ought to be a light in the storage unit so you can see, so that is a bit of an issue, but it's all locked up and the people who go there are innocent and not of the sketchy sort. Overall this place is pretty decent, bit pricy though!
