  Alex did a great job servicing the pest control measures that Identify has set up for our home. He was on time, thorough, and covered all the bases while here. We have worked with Identify Pest Control for several years and it has been a good experience from the start. Scott, the owner, manages his company very well and they are good with their communications. I would recommend Identify to anyone who needs help with pest control issues.

  We use these guys for a wasp treatment at our house! It seems like the treatment really worked. Office staff and technicians are kind and great to work with!

  I’ve used Identify Pest Control for quite a few years. The owner Scott is a great guy and very easy to work with. My tech Ben is the best!!! He’s very professional, polite , knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I highly recommend this business. !!

  We had an excellent experience with Identity Pest Control. Their team was highly knowledgeable, professional, and quickly resolved our carpenter ant infestation. They offered a fixed-price annual contract that included two full treatments, along with emergency service, if needed, throughout the year at no additional cost; which provided great peace of mind. Ethan did an outstanding job. He was accommodating, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. His expertise and attention to customer service were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Identity Pest Control to anyone looking for a customer-focused, experienced, and knowledgeable pest control company that offers fair and transparent pricing.
