So initially I was a bit frustrated because I experienced a rent increase, which really bummed me out because I’ve had this unit for awhile now. I thought to myself, where could I possibly house my collection of bicycles and memorabilia from war now that the rent was this high? I’m no cheapskate either, I just wasn’t expecting such a drastic change out of left field!
So I took it upon myself to march on down to this facility, ready to give ‘em hell! However, when I arrived I found myself greeted by the manager there. He was a tall ginger man with the patience of a saint! Explained to me the reason for the increase and even managed to get it a bit lower for me. Now my war items and bikes have a safe, cost effective space. Props to that young man he truly helped me out.

Pricing was a bit rough hence my four stars but I must say not only was the facility very clean and well kept but the customer service was excellent. I was greeted by the very polite manager Jake, who walked me through the entire process and definitely sold me on spending the little bit extra and made me feel comfortable knowing my things would be in safe hands here.

This storage facility has many positive attributes…After hours entry, remote (with your phone) entry, it’s pretty clean too! However, there have been a few hiccups along the way. Most of the carts are tough to use. Making things even more difficult in navigating, especially with heavy furniture. There was an incident that caused a “no elevator” situation for over a week-just as I’m trying to move everything out of my house. Epic timing! There isn’t an alternative, the stairs are concrete and steep-not really a good situation when you’re up against a deadline.
The people I have met in the office have been pleasant but at times not very informational, didn’t have a good understanding of the building and where units where (I needed a second unit-asked for one as close as possible-ended up on the opposite end. 🤦🏻♀️)
Overall, I would totally recommend using this storage facility, Prices are decent compared to others. It’s nicely tucked into RK Plaza so you don’t have to worry about traffic much or gates to get thru.
