- AHAnisha HernandezMay 1, 20261.0My experience with this Aaron’s Furniture store was completely unacceptable. The manager was not only unprofessional, but outright disrespectful. During our interaction, he was yelling at me and even laughing, which is beyond inappropriate when dealing with a customer trying to resolve an issue. This situation has been ongoing and incredibly frustrating. The company has shown up multiple times attempting to pick up my fridge without proper coordination. I no longer live at the residence, and I’ve been calling since Tuesday trying to schedule a pickup. Instead of helping, the manager chose to argue with me, raise his voice, and dismiss the situation entirely. There was zero effort to find a solution, no accountability, and no basic level of customer service. Being yelled at and laughed at for trying to fix a problem your company created is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this location.

- MRMarie RigueurJan 15, 20261.0This has been a horrible experience we the only reason they got a one is because the young guys that delivered were pleasant we had a washer and dryer delivered when I ask why they didn’t connect the duct for the dryer they said they don’t do that so now I have a dryer that can’t be used mind you this the second delivery the first the dryer didn’t work so they swapped out the whole set but they already looking for us to pay which isn’t the problem but how do you not set up my dryer I feel that corporate needs to step in because this store is giving the franchise a bad look this is the one on Columbia road

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
