  I bought a brand new tub. They did a great job in sales and explaining how to use the tub, then an issue came up. They couldn’t have been more professional and courteous and RESPONSIVE. I didn’t expect such great customer service. I don’t usually pay retail but this company was and has been impressive. I’d buy again.

  Updated to 3 stars as they did finally reply after this review went live and ultimatelt fixed the issue that they caused. 0% financing is a great offer but make sure when the tub is delivered the loan amount actually matches what you agreed to. Again ultimately all was made right but hate having to be the one to chase down a mistake made between a company I'm paying $30k to and a lending partner. Everything was great until no one will return a call or email over a serious billing issue. I’ve called and left VMs and sent multiple emails and they are completely ghosting me. A real shame as they had been great up to this point. Looks like we’ll need to send a 93a and get the AGs office involved sadly

  Just a word on a repair that was just completed on my hot tub. After years of issue-free ownership, I needed service on my hot tub and they sent a technician within days. Nick was the technician assigned to my address in Danvers and the service he provided was fantastic! He was patient, informative and spent the time with me that I needed to ensure that I am caring for my spa properly. It’s not just about the sale but the post sale and support of a hot tub that matters as well. You are lucky to have him on your team and I appreciate his support and professionalism. Bravo!
