  This facility is amazingly client friendly. Their maintenance of the property is impeccable. Unlike my previous storage facility I have NEVER needed to walk through snow to access my unit. The buildings and property are always clean, the landscape is always seasonally decorated and the office is always professional and welcoming. Karen is exceedingly pleasant and easy to do business with. I have been a VERY happy client for years. Thank you Karen and Chelmsford Storage

  Really good place. I rented a climatized unit inside the big building, 2nd floor, had it for 3 years while away, all my possessions there. It was always very clean, secure (code at gate to get onto the property, code to get in the building), elevator always worked, two carts there to use, no pests, no odors and the front office helpful each time I was there. Access is 24 hours with the code, very useful. The price is higher to start, but they only raised it once a year, 10% second year and about 6% the year after. I preferred the certainty of knowing it will not double in the first 6 months. Would rent again.
