  One can argue that you can buy appliances anywhere but there is no debate that great customer service is not something you can guarantee in any place you walk into… unless you are walking into Synergy. From the moment you walk in, you are impressed with an oversized showroom that has every appliance in every price range. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. While I certainly knew what I was looking for when I walked in, they showed me a variety of options. It was never about selling me the most expensive thing, it was about selling me what I needed for my kitchen renovation. The delivery went perfectly and all was well. But perhaps the best thing I can say about them is after a few months of having my appliances in the house, I had a problem with my dishwasher. I didn’t have to start chasing down the manufacturer, because the gentleman at Synergy took over from there. They made the phone calls for me. They had the repair done for me and they took care of everything on their end. I can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was. If you need appliances, no matter what the price range - I highly recommend them.

  Synergy made it easy from start to finish. There was only one model that fit the space in my kitchen, making purchase simple. When the first fridge arrived damaged, the team got me a small fridge temporarily, which helped enormously. And the delivery crew was exceptional. I live in a townhouse with some narrow areas. The delivery team had to take apart the refrigerator doors on my old fridge and the new one too to get them out and in. They had to move furniture and take down wall decor too. They worked for over an hour — all with good humor and courtesy. Andy and his team were just great!
