  Synergy is my go to place for all my appliance and service needs. How many places do you know of that have their sales people immediately come to your house to help resolve a problem that was not related to the equipment itself? Tim and Noah did just that for me with our Miele clothes washer. You do get what you pay for and more! Thank you Synergy.

  These guys deserve 10 stars! In a world where there are many choices for buying home appliances, I really appreciate a company that stands behind both its products and its customers. The owner, Ken, truly sets this place apart and he has built a beautiful showroom that is well organized, and features an impressive selection of appliances in the heart of Burlington, MA. You can tell he has built his business on relationships, not just transactions. I worked with Noah to purchase a washer/dryer and later a refrigerator. Noah helped ensure proper fit and even recommended a contractor that could modify the kitchen cabinet to support the new fridge — it ended up being a great recommendation and I was very pleased with the result. Unfortunately the washer developed a problem shortly after the warranty expired. While the issue itself was frustrating, the way they handled it made all the difference. Their team was incredibly responsive and worked hard to get expedited service scheduled as quickly as possible. When it became clear that the service call wasn’t going to resolve the issue, Ken personally stepped in and made things right by facilitating a replacement. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind what it sells. Their customer service, communication, and commitment to doing the right thing were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

  Ken the owner was great and really helped us find the right appliances, in a very straightforward way. I really felt like he was trying to help us out, rather than just selling something. Noah was great as we dealt with all the logistics of delivery and installation. This is a newer place and much more customer service oriented than any big box places.

  Synergy delivered a new dryer today 6/23/2026. All batteries included, didnt have to do anything. They even cleaned around before installing. Andy and Francisco were great!

  I could not recommend Synergy more strongly to anyone looking for appliances. We worked with sales professional Tim Hewson. He was professional and responsive and helped us find appliances that fit our specifications and budget. The process was streamlined and professional. I will be a customer for life.
